Queenverse World – Eligibility Criteria & Terms
1. No Height Criteria – There is no minimum or maximum height requirement.
2. No Weight Criteria – There are no weight restrictions for participation.
3. No Age Limit – Women of all age groups are welcome to participate in their eligible category.
4. Female by Birth – Participation is open only to females by birth.
5. Category Eligibility
* Miss Queenverse World: Open to unmarried women.
* Mrs. Queenverse World: Open to legally married women.
6. Registration & Grooming Fees – All registration fees, grooming fees, and any other payments made to the organization are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
7. Photographs & Media Rights – By registering, participants grant Queenverse World and its organizers the right to use their photographs, videos, recordings, and other submitted content for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, print, and media purposes without any additional permission or compensation.
8. Legal Eligibility – Participants must not be involved in any criminal case, legal proceedings, or activities that may bring disrepute to the organization.
9. Code of Conduct – Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, discipline, and good conduct throughout the competition. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.
10. Accuracy of Information – All information and documents submitted during registration must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of participation.
11. Organizer’s Decision – The decision of the organizers and judging panel shall be final and binding in all matters related to the pageant.
12. Participation Commitment – Selected participants are expected to attend all scheduled grooming sessions, rehearsals, official activities, and the grand finale. Absence without prior approval may result in disqualification.
13. Health & Fitness – Participants should be physically and mentally fit to take part in the competition and related activities.
14. Acceptance of Terms – By submitting the registration form and completing the payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules, terms, and conditions of Queenverse World.
